Call today to learn about our accommodations and boarding policies, or to schedule your pet’s stay.  For those who wish to complete our Boarding Drop-Off  form in advance, it is available on line to print, fill out, and either email or bring it to the hospital with you.  If you are a new client, we request that you also complete a New Client Registration Form so we may serve you better.

For Dogs; rabies and distemper/parvo vaccinations must be up to date and they must be receiving heartworm medication regularly or have been dewormed within 3 months.  We strongly recommend that dogs are current on their Bortadella (kennel cough) vaccination.

For Cats; we require them to be up to date on their rabies and upper respiratory series (FVRCP).

At the time of drop-off, we must request you to authorize us to provide treatment  in the unlikely event of your pet becoming ill or injured while staying with us.  We will call you to discuss any such needs and their cost prior to treatment.  In the event of a life-threatening condition, we will stabilize your pet and call you as soon as possible.

We maintain an environment free from fleas and tics.  If we see them on your pet, we will apply treatment at your expense.

The hospital is closed on Sundays and major holidays.  With 5 day notice, we often can schedule a staff member to be present at a specified time for a pick-up.  There is an additional charge for this service.
